Who we are
This site is operated by Corridor Research LLC (“Corridor Research”, “we”, “us”), an M&A brokerage focused on pest control.
Information, not advice or an offer
Everything on this site is general information. It isn't investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, and it isn't an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any business, security or other asset. Talk to your own advisers before you make a decision.
Engagements and how we're paid
- Contacting us, through a form or by email, doesn't make you our client, and nothing on this site creates an advisory, agency or fiduciary relationship. We act for a client only under a written engagement agreement signed by both parties. That agreement, not this site, governs the work, including whom we represent and how we are paid.
- For owners: as this site states, our fee is paid by the buyer, not by you.
- We work with both owners and acquirers. Ask us whom we represent in your situation before you share confidential information.
The Market Map
- The Market Map is compiled from commercial business databases and companies' public websites. Revenue, headcount, ownership and other figures are estimates that may be incomplete or out of date. Verify anything you rely on.
- A company's appearance on the map doesn't mean it is for sale, has engaged us, or has endorsed or been contacted by us.
- You may use the map for your own evaluation. Don't scrape, bulk-download, resell or republish its data, or use it to build a competing database, without our written permission.
Using the site
Use the site lawfully. Don't interfere with its operation or security, and don't use the forms to send spam or information you know to be false. Send us only information you have the right to share; our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.
Our content
The site's text, design, graphics and compilation of data belong to Corridor Research or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Company names and marks belong to their owners and are used only to identify those companies.
Links to other sites
The Market Map links to companies' own websites. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

Limitation of liability
